rouge.com.gr customers can return their products withing 14 days from delivery. It is mandatory for the refund that the products are in mint condition (sealed and without any damages) and you also need to provide the receipt or invoice of purchase.
We strongly suggest that you control your goods upon arrival so you make sure that they are in the desired condition.

For hygiene reasons we don’t accept refunds in nail polish, gloss, mascara, and eyeliners.
If the return process has been completed correctly and the return conditions are met, our company is obliged to refund your money in the same way as your order was paid for, within 30 days of the return of the product to our warehouse.
The refund is made as follows:
- To your debit/credit card, in case the payment of the order has been made through it. In case your order has not been shipped by us ,we will refund you in full the money corresponding to the value of the order and the shipping costs.
- To the bank account that you have sent to us via email at [email protected] in case the payment of the order has been made by cash on delivery. We will send you a notification email when the refund is made. The time to see the money in your account may vary and is determined by the issuing bank.
